- Little Hambrook Farm - Is surrounded by countryside with many Public Footpaths and Bridleways. It is located on the edge of the South Downs National Park. The park, covering an area of 1627km2 in southern England from Winchester in the west to Eastbourne in the east through the counties of Hampshire, West Sussex and East Sussex.
- Three Converted Barns - The Parlour, The Dairy Barn and The Hayloft have been renovated and furnished to a high standard with underfloor heating, log burner and central heating upstairs.
- Racton Monument - Known locally as Racton Ruin was constructed between 1755 and 1766. It is a folly situated on a hill in Racton with views over Chichester Harbour and the Isle of Wight. It was commissioned by the Second Earl of Halifax, possibly as a summerhouse for the nearby Stansted Estate. Though alternative theory suggests it could have been constructed so the Earl could watch his merchant ships dock at the nearby port village of Emsworth. Another theory is that the Earl build it as a viewing tower to watch for his sons return from and ill-fated voyage.
- Stagecoach - The number 54 bus service has a stop just outside Little Hambrook Farm.
- Westbourne - Is a historical rural village formerly renowned as a market town centred around the Square. Incorporating 66 listed buildings. It’s not surprising that part of its houses range from timber-framed thatched cottages to Georgian mansions and Victorian terraces. It has plenty to offer whilst visiting this area - Cooperative Store and Post Office, Pubs, Fish & Chip takeaway, Indian Restaurant and takeaway, Bakery, Petrol Station, Pharmacy, Cafe, Hairdressers, Barbers, Beauty Salons and various independent shops.
- The Goodwood Estate - Little Hambrook Farm is perfectly situated for Goodwood Horse Racing, The Festival Of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
